CHECK IN
Check-in time is 3:00 pm daily. However, if rooms are ready prior to this time, we would be happy to accommodate you.

CHECK OUT
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Should you require a late check out, please contact the Front Desk. A $45.00 late fee for standard rooms and a $65.00 late fee for suites will apply, which allows you to stay until 6:00 pm if necessary.  *Subject to availability.

CREDIT CARD PRIVILEGES
We honour the following credit cards: Enroute/Diners Club, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

COMMENT CARDS
Comment cards are available in each room and at the Front Desk. They are an excellent way for us to maintain the level of service you deserve.

MAIL
Our Front Desk has a mail drop box. We would be happy to receive your items for mailing. Stamps may be purchased at the Front Desk. Mail leaves the building Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm.

PARKING
Free parking is available to all registered guests. Complimentary heated, underground parking is available for guests who stay in our suites, on a first-come, first-served basis.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
Complimentary upon request. Please contact the Front Desk.

HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET
Free of charge. Wireless connection cards are available on first-come, first-served basis at the Front Desk. If your computer has wireless capabilities, please contact the Front Desk for connection information.

DRY CLEANING
If you desire this service, place your clothing in the laundry bag provided in your room, fill out the required sheet, and drop the bag off at the Front Desk before 8:30 am. Your clothes will be returned the same day, usually before 5:00 pm. Valid Monday to Friday only (excluding holidays).

CRIBS & COTS
Cribs are available free of charge and cots are available at $10.00 per night on a first come, first served basis. Call the Front Desk and we would be pleased to deliver a crib or cot to your room.

HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping will provide extra blankets, pillows, soap and towels. If you require any of the above items, please call the Front Desk.

ICE & SOFT DRINK MACHINES
Drink machines are located on the 1st floor by the pool area and by the elevator; on the 2nd floor by the elevator and by Door C; and on the 3rd and 5th floors by the elevator. A vending machine is located on the 1st floor by the elevator. Ice machines are located on the first floor in the pool area, on the 2nd floor near room 211 and on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors near the elevator.

LOST & FOUND
Lost and found property is returned to the Housekeeping Department. Housekeeping hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.
